Use WinRAR and then extract the folder to wherever you want but make sure u have at least 20 GB or more place on your hard drive.
Now open VMware Workstation 8, right click in Library windows & click on “open” as shown below,

Now open VMware Workstation 8, right click in Library windows & click on “open” as shown below,
Browse path for your OS X Lion vmdk file & “Mac OS X lion.vmx” file
Click on Power on the virtual machine as shown below,
If you get below “Virtual keyboard support Driver” go to VM settings & change Enhanced Virtual Keyboard settings to Use if available as shown below
Now you are ready to explore MAX OS X lion,
Doesn't get past the loading screen. Just stalls.
Are you getting any error message?
Using "OS X Lion Pre-Installed VMware Image.zip" (torrent) -derived system, works great under VMware Workstation 7, but stalls under VMware Workstation 8. Right after VMware BIOS, right at gray mac loader screen (but before the progress wheel appears). Upgrading the VM to the VMware 8 format does not help. Unlocking VMware 8 for Lion support does not help, either. Probably need to re-install Lion under VMware 8 from scratch.

The same here no errors and stays at the gray screen with apple.

What is your hardware configuration for MAC OS X Virtual Machine. In my case its 4 GB RAM with 4 Processor. Please do this changes and try again..

i try to install lion.vmdx file but it requir update for insatall tools in windows for mac and give error “vmware update not connected with server please contact with vmware or your administrator.”please help me to install mac in windows. i done all thing patch everything.
