MSDN subscribers can download a preview of Windows Server from http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/default.aspx Windows Server Developer Preview Installation on Vmware Workstation 8  is very easy. Follow Below steps to Install it on VirtualBox,
1. Download VMware Workstation 8 & Install it on your machine
2. Download Windows 8 Developer Preview 
3.Follow steps which I covered on Installing Windows 8 Developer Preview on VMware Workstation 8 to install Windows Server Developer preview on VMware Workstation.
