Microsoft Lync 2010 Insufficient access rights to Enable Lync User

Most of us get below error while enabling users in Lync Server Control Panel.  This is the common issue with Domain Administrators or Enterprise Administrators users.

Solution is, first go to the Active Directory Users & Computers. Go to View & enable the “Advanced Features”.

Now right click & go to the properties of the user which you want to enable.  Select the security tab, click advanced and select “Include Inheritable Permissions from this object’s parent” on the user object you then be able to add them for Lync. Check screen shots for more details..
